• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of item delivery to request a return.

• Condition for Non-Defective Items (IMPORTANT): The product must be strictly unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. If the seal is broken or the box has been opened, the item is non-returnable.

• Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, returns are accepted even if the package has been opened. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for providing and paying for their own return shipping costs.

• Restocking Fee: No restocking fees are charged.

2. Cancellation Policy (Unfulfilled Orders)

• Cancellation Window: You can request a cancellation within 15 minutes of placing your order.

• Eligibility: Orders can only be canceled before they are fulfilled or packed for shipment.

3. Final Sale Items

• Returns and cancellations are not accepted for products marked as Final Sale or purchased from specific promotional collections.
